Cultural Centre Virgen del Carmen

Sea promenade Torrevieja
One of the highlights of Torrevieja city is the coastal esplanade, a walkway which runs for some 3km along side the Torrevieja beaches, marina, funfair, market stalls, restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. The esplanade has been improved on the marina side, and after the funfair and market stalls there is a walkway (the passeo dique de Levante - a breakwater or dyke) right out to the marina entrance. This costal esplanade is the main attraction (in Torrevieja city itself) almost everything (of worth to the average tourist) is cram packed into this long pedestrian walkway.
